Delivery of Equipment and Supplies
We ship worldwide however certain products may not be available as we may be restricted by agreements with our suppliers or U.S. export regulations. Please inquire regarding these restrictions when requesting a quote or placing and order. Note that overseas orders are carefully reviewed before fulfillment. Be sure to provide accurate contact information so we may confirm your overseas order.
Local delivery may be available in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado. Contact us for details.
On-line orders
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the total purchase price of on-line orders. At this time, our on-line shopping cart does not show these charges. Feel free to call or email us to verify shipping charges when placing on-line orders.
Appropriate taxes will also be added for Colorado delivery addresses.
All items will be shipped via UPS. If you need Fed Ex or overnight delivery, please call 1-800-762-5252. Every effort will be made to ship "In Stock" items the same day if order is placed by 12 noon MST. Please note that any orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All goods we sell are carefully selected and inspected before shipping.
CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE AND LOSS.
Your order and shipment will be confirmed via email when you provide a valid email address with your on-line order.
Warranty information
All product is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing for a period of 30 days from receipt. Warranty Return Items will be either replaced or repaired at our discretion and only if the item is not working due to defect in workmanship. Items that appear to have been abused will be subject to repair fees.
Returns
No merchandise can be returned without prior consent. Please call Hixon Mfg. & Supply Co. at 1-800-762-5252 for authorization. All packages without an authorization number clearly visible on outside of package will be refused. Ship your merchandise (postage pre-paid) with a note explaining the problem, a copy of the packing slip or invoice and return authorization number to:
