Constructed of aluminum and Tri-Clad (Plastic covered wood). In a class by itself -Tri-clad- tripod legs deliver the best of service. Legs are formed by welding layers of heavy plastic to select hardwoods. Moisture is sealed out so swelling, warping, splitting and splintering is eliminated. Joints remain right and the quick-clamp locks never need adjustment.
